We offer a charter service for coping with medical emergency situations and intensive care patients by providing specially outfitted aircrafts with a dedicated medical team equipped with the needed medical setup and supplies.
Dedicated Medical Team: a specialized medical team will accompany the air ambulance as needed.
Pre-Flight Patient Assessment: our medical team evaluates the report to ensure proper medical experts, supplies and equipment are provided and are in place on board.
Ground Ambulance Transportation Service: will be provided to and from the aircraft or hospital.
Account Manager: a team member dedicated to assist you 24/7 with any requirements you may have.
Aircraft: we make recommendations on the various types of air ambulance aircraft, available to best suit your specific medical requirements, worldwide.
Airport: your dedicated Account Manager will recommend the nearest airport based on your destination and requirements.
Flight Brief: a complete itinerary containing full details and necessary information relevant to your trip will be provided before it.
Flight Setup: we collaborate with our partners and suppliers to ensure that everything is in place to ensure that you have a smooth and tranquil full flight experience, from the moment you set foot in the vehicle till you arrive at your final destination.
Flight Status: all information regarding departure and arrival times will be provided via email, SMS and WhatsApp and any other communication method you might choose.
Post Flight Report (PFR): after having completed your flight, be it to one sector or multiple sectors, we send you the PFR, which includes actual arrival and departure times and post-flight information and feedback.
Catering Menu: we provide you with a variety of menus to select from for your trip. We may also cater to any special menu you might request.
Additional In-flight Requirements: these may vary from stationery, to toiletries, personal care items, etc. and are provided upon request.
